Hey! We’re Rugie & Effie. 

We are two West African women residing in Brooklyn by way of Maryland (Prince George’s County & Montgomery County respectively). While we have two contrasting professional backgrounds, our personal interests are intertwined through our love of flowers, community, and sappy R&B music.

We both developed an interest in floral design after using it as a creative escape and a form of self-care. Now, we want to transform our artistic energy into a source of joy for others as we share our personal and design journeys along the way. When we’re not creating you can find us strolling through Bed-Stuy and watching old RHOA reunions with our girls.
